Capos for Acoustic and Electric Guitars

Question:
Is there a specific capo for a particular acoustic guitar or will any old capo do the trick?

Thanks,
Todd

Answer:
I like Kyser Quick Change Capos.  There's a slight difference between acoustic guitar capos & electric guitar capos.  The acoustic guitar capos are larger to cover the wider neck width and stronger to hold down the heavier strings.  I've heard Dunlop Classic Trigger capo is good too.  Another thing to consider is if you have a 12 string acoustic, you'll probably need a stronger clamp-on type capo that will reach across the wider neck.
